Return Policy

For US Orders Only:

At Essentials Hoodie, we value your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you wish to return your purchase, please take note of our refund policy for US orders:

Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date for U.S. customers. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your purchase arrived, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Restocking Fee: Please be aware of a $15 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, and with the attached tag.

Exemptions: Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care items (e.g., soaps, cosmetics, face masks), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials (e.g., condoms), and digital products or e-gift cards, cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, contact us at orders@essentialshoodie.io. Our support team will review your request and provide a return label if approved.
Clearly state the reason for your return and include your order number in the email.
Once your return is prepared, drop it off at your local post location. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse in Virginia, and delivery may take 1-2 weeks.
Upon delivery, allow 2-3 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive an email notification confirming your refund, which may take 3-5 business days to reflect on your original form of payment.
International Returns:

Essentials Hoodie accepts international returns, and all fees are the responsibility of the customer.
To return an international product, contact us at orders@essentialshoodie.io for further instructions.
Domestic Exchanges (US only):

Essentials Hoodie offers exchanges for different sizes on the original style(s) purchased. No return shipping or restocking fee is applicable for exchanges.

International Exchanges:

Unfortunately, Essentials Hoodie does not offer exchanges on international orders.
Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds:

Allow 2-7 business days for the refunded amount to reach your account after receiving an email confirmation.
Missing Items:

Check the package carefully, as items may still be in the box.
If items are missing, contact us at support@essentialshoodie.io within 14 days with photos of the shipping label, box, and a brief description. Unfortunately, refunds or reshipments cannot be processed after 7 days from receiving your purchase.
Lost Packages:

We are not liable for misplaced or stolen packages. If your package is successfully shipped and the address matches the provided information, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Cancel/Amend Orders:

Orders placed on weekdays cannot be changed or canceled once placed. If placed on a weekend or bank holiday, cancellation may be possible within 24 hours.
